You CAN quit smoking, it’s hard, but it’s definitely achievable. Nicotine dependence is one of the most difficult habits to kick, but with the right mindset and some outside help, a person can become tobacco and nicotine free!

Acupuncture is a safe and effective way to help overcome nicotine dependence. Having experienced first hand the effects of acupuncture, it can help decrease cravings, and help with anxiety and stress that may come with nicotine withdrawal.

This treatment program is designed for people who are motivated and committed to quit tobacco use. Your treatment plan will be personalized to your individual needs, but it will usually involve more frequent treatments for the first 3 weeks. As the cravings and symptoms start to subside, subsequent treatments will be scheduled further apart or as needed. Treatments may include acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and other modalities and recommendations.
